Welcome to the DZDS Unofficial English Guide. We are an independent team of researchers aiming to assist the Algerian diaspora and English-speaking citizens in navigating the newly digitized public administration.

We recognize that administrative terminology in French and Arabic can be a barrier for some. Our goal is to translate these processes into clear, step-by-step instructions. We do not issue documents, nor do we collect National Identification Numbers (NIN).
